These services are offered as part of your monthly subscription fee at no additional cost.
In your Administration Area, you'll find an interactive Online Support section that contains a compilation of frequently asked questions. Questions are searchable by keyword or topic. This feature is available 24/7 and offers you a wealth of knowledge about PrinterPresence. Downloadable User's Guides are also available in your Administration Area.
You'll also receive a monthly SiteAdvisor newsletter that provides useful information to realize the full power of PrinterPresence. Plus, you'll have access to our support services team for unlimited one-on-one assistance.
We also offer online training sessions. Each takes approximately one hour and will require the use of a computer connected to the internet and an open phone line.
Begin with an introductory training to learn the basics of customizing your website prior to taking it live. Advanced training allows you to customize contact forms, your Hot Off The Press section and Document Libraries.
There are several Customer Portal training sessions to assist you in learning the true power of your PrinterPresence website. Create your customer's online ordering site with a personalized file transfer and proofing section. Learn how to use form templates, add user profiles, upload customer documents and manage proofs.
The next level of online training includes the Best Practices series. These seminars focus on how to further personalize and market your website to increase profits, streamline production workflow and build customer loyalty.
